Mission Critical Team Development Program (Invitation only – open enrollment)

This week-long program is open to current, or future, members of specific Mission Critical Team Instructor Cadres to learn and collaborate on subjects related to the Screening, selection, training, education and professional development of candidates and operators. Mission Critical Teams are defined as small (4-12 agents) integrated group of indigenously trained and educated experts that leverage tools and technology to resolve complex adaptive problems in an immersive, but constrained (5 minutes or less) temporal environments where the consequence of failure can be catastrophic loss.

Size: Max 40 participants (Each Team can send between 3-5 individuals per program), Minimum 15 participants.

Length: 5 days

Cost: $6,750 per Person (Includes Hotel, Food, Registration, Instruction and Program Materials)

Faculty: This collaborative inquiry program will be facilitated by select researchers and practitioners from leading Universities, professional sports teams, and research organizations.
