This two-day program is typically designed as either an offsite After Action Review for intact cadre, or a pre-evolution period to align participants on an upcoming event.

Faculty: The retreat is facilitated by one of the principles at the MCTI.

Location: This program can be run anywhere in the world. If location does not matter, we recommend the Study at University City as it is close to our faculty.
